We watched an interesting show the other day. It was called Prisons in America. It chronicaled a young man who was sent to prison. He was intimidated when his cell mate noticed that the kids mother posted money into his account as soon as hearrived. The cell mate told him to buy a tv for him. The kid said his mom did not give him the money for things like that. The cell mate told him that his protection came at a price, a TV or sexual favors. The kid freaked out and went. He had anaweful time there and got a transfer to another prison. That prison had prisoners that watched the new prisoners closely and reported to the top gang member of the prison. They looked for weaknesses and soon discovered the kids mom giving him allthe money that he asked for. It did not take long before he was once again extorted for money and sex. But some people today do not check things out very well. That is why fake news is so wide spread today. Four years ago, Christopher Ponce cut off his ankle bracelet and went onthe run. It took the Hillsborough County. Sheriffs office over 9 hours toinvestigate the alarm. It then took the Sheriffs office 4 days to get a warrant. Now that Ponce is captured, in Spain, and extradited back to this country, April 6th, 2.
